I grew up in the Cleveland area and have lived in Ohio for almost my entire life.  I now live in Solon with my wife Erin and our sons Josh and Tyler. I did my undergrad at Michigan and Dental school at Ohio State. This makes football season interesting! Sports have been a big part of our lives. Whether it's watching the boys play baseball and soccer or watching the Browns play. I'm usually very busy taking care of children's teeth but when I do get free time  traveling with my family is the best. Nothing like a trip to Florida when it's cold in Ohio. Getting to meet new families and watching them grow is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I look forward to caring for your child’s teeth and helping put them on a life-long path of good dental health!

I've been in the dental field for over 40 years, and although trends have come and gone in dentistry, kids are still my passion. I love seeing an apprehensive patient turn into a happy one. I’ve been married to my husband Jeff for 31 years and we have one daughter. I love to read, entertain friends and family and most of all - travel!

Jessica Hooser

Front Desk/Billing

I've been with Team Pollock for 9 years after receiving my Dental Assisting Certificate. I recently have transitioned from being a chair side assistant to the front desk receptionist position. I also handle all the insurance claims  so please call me with any questions!   I am married, and my husband Tyler and I have one fur baby, Jersey.  In my free time, I love to go kayaking and being outdoors as much as possible.

Taylor Sikler

Dental Hygienist, Marketing Manager

My name is Taylor, Dental Hygienist and Social Media Manager. I’ve been with Team Pollock since 2013 and I love to be in the office interacting with kids, but also online connecting with parents. I live in Cuyahoga Falls with my husband, Steve, and our son. We have been foster and adoptive parents since 2016. We also have an open door policy when it comes to senior pets and special needs animals. We currently have 3 senior rescue dogs, and a three-legged hedgehog. My son and I love to garden, take family bike rides, and hike the CVNP!

Allyson Cole

Dental Hygienist

I am Allyson, former patient turned hygienist! I went to Stark State College for dental hygiene while working as a Dental Assistant at Dr. Pollock’s office. I got married in May of 2020 in a beautiful backyard wedding to my husband Preston. We have a labradoodle named Chewy, who we love dearly. My favorite activity is sitting by the fire at night with my friends and family, traveling with my husband, and snowboarding.

Nichole Hart

EFDA and CDA

My name is Nichole and I am an EFDA and Chair Side Assistant with Team Pollock. You can also reach me on the evenings and weekends on the emergency line - It’s nice to put a face with a voice sometimes! I have been with Team Pollock for 20 years and graduated from the Akron Institute and Case Western Reserve's EFDA program. I have my CDA and Coronal Polishing certificate. I have two sons, Shawn and Kyle, and we have the most beautiful house hippo there ever was, CoCo Chanel, our rescue pitbull. I have a passion for rescuing and rehabilitation of all animals, but especially pitties!

Melissa Cole

EFDA and CODA

I'm Melissa, a Chair Side Assistant and EFDA. I have worked here for 13 years and counting! My  husband Dave and I have two amazing sons, Colton and Cooper. Colton keeps us busy with sports and school activities, and Cooper keeps us busy by just being Cooper! I love to craft and get my creative juices flowing. I'm the go-to person for any artsy craft projects for both the office and my friends and family. My absolute favorite thing to do is spend time with my family.

My name is Sam and I am a Dental Assistant here at Dr. Pollock’s pediatric office. I am grateful to be a part of this amazing team and excited to come to work everyday and meet equally amazing patients. As a mom I understand the experience of bringing your children to the dentist, and I strive to give the children I work with the same compassion I give my children. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, playing, and attempting to watch movies. Working at this office with great people makes me smile and I hope I can help your children smile as well.
